6. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive your item.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for items lost in return transit unless the return is due to our error.
