What is the paper quality in your notebooks?

All FrostPaper notebooks feature premium, thick paper (typically 100gsm or higher) that is specially selected to prevent ink bleed-through and provide an excellent writing surface for fountain pens, gel pens, and markers.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused, and resalable condition. Please initiate your return by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

How long does a refund take?
